    Fix yo shit is a lifestyle in which you accept your pain, imbalances, and misalignments as yours, and your responsiblity, and invest time into improving upon these rather than blame others for your problems, or expect others to fix your problems for you.

  • Can the program help me if I’m not in pain?

    100% yes. The programs are not focused on relieving pain, but improving the alignment and strength of your body through education, instruction, and fitness.

  • How do I get started? How do the programs work?

    Enroll in either the semi-annual or annual membership, get your login, and get started. We recommend you browse through the courses, and choose the one that is most suited for your immediate needs.

    The specific courses; back & core, hip & knee, shoulder, etc., are fun and simple courses that will help you improve pain, alignment, and strength in your body. They include education, instruction, and fitness sections.

    The MoveU Total Body Program is best for those who are living in extreme body pain, and have tried everything that they know of. The course is focused very heavy on instruction and technique and will be best for those who are detailed oriented.

  • What equipment will I need to complete the program?

    For the individual courses, you’ll need only a full size mirror. Other recommended products for the course include a yoga mat, yoga block, and la crosse ball.
